I have had very good service to date with this dealership and have been extremely happy with the level of courtesy and professionalism all Honda employees have displayed. However, I did have a frustrating experience last week. I received a message on my home answering machine regarding a missed 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance. When I called the dealership back On 3/8/2010 to schedule an appointment I found it very frustrating to navigate thru the menu, which notated extensions for various people (at the time I did not have the name of the person who left me the message). So I left a message for the service manager and never received a phone call back by the end of the week. It just so happened that I needed an oil change so when I was at the dealership on 3/12/2010 I did mention this to the Express Service agent and he said he was sorry. More
