LV Honda inspected the car and replaced a seat heater switch back light. This service was fine, all was done as expected. I also asked to check my drivers seat. I could feel it move from side to side when cornering. I drive an Odyssey so I'm not cornering hard. They could feel the movement in the seat but said they thought it was normal for an electric seat to have this. They also stated that Honda does not have any write ups on a loose seat. They tried to convince me there needs to be some play so the motors don't bind up. Although I agree there needs to be some play, I don't think this is normal. The seat did not do this from new, this only started in the last 6 months. I travel as part of my job and have driven 60 to 70 different cars with electric adjustable seats, as well as owning 4 other cars with this type of seat. I have never felt this type of movement in any other seat. This is another example of a car dealer and car company not standing behind there product. instead of admitting there is something wrong with the seat and replacing it they try to convince you it's normal. I had a similar experience with the brakes on this vehicle. More

The service was great! I stopped by the dealership on Saturday and was shocked by the speed (and price) of the service. My experience with Lehigh Valley Honda has been nothing but wonderful. My last visit was a pleasure from the phone call to make the appointment to have my annual inspection, arriving to prompt attention but wonderful. My last visit was a pleasure from the phone call to make the appointment to have my annual inspection, arriving to prompt attention from the service workers, to waiting to paying and finally to getting into my car to leave. (OMG, they washed it too ?!!) Everyone approached me in a friendly way, making me very comfortable to do business there. Their work is exceptional, timely (mine was finished far sooner than expected), I'm treated to a nice place to do my waiting with beverages and snacks, cashier chatted as I took care of payment, the cost is reasonable for the work done.....how could I not love dealing with them. I have recommended them on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. thank you for asking my opinion. I welcome the opportunity to share my satisfaction with Lehigh Valley Honda. More
The service department is top notch at this dealership. They treat you like gold. I think they strive to make every customer feel like they are important. Prices on some service repairs are higher than I can find elsewhere. I've had some service (brakes, etc..) done elsewhere because of the quoted service price. I will continue to go to Lehigh Valley Honda because of the way they treat people. If I buy another Honda...I would certainly consider Lehigh Valley Honda as my first choice to do so. More
My husband and I visited Lehigh Valley Hyundai and Lehigh Valley Honda (which are adjacent to each other) to test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe and a Honda CR-V. We had done a lot of research online and the Sant Valley Honda (which are adjacent to each other) to test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe and a Honda CR-V. We had done a lot of research online and the Santa Fe and C-RV were our top two vehicles. We spent a total of 40 minutes between the two lots, and at no point did a sales person even ACKNOWLEDGE us. We did not even see a glimpse of a sales person anywhere. In addition, the cars were dirty, so much so that we actually had to wipe the dirt off one of the Santa Fe's windows to see inside. We WILL be purchasing a new vehicle within the next two weeks- but not a Honda or a Hyundai, and DEFINITELY not from Lehigh Valley Hyundai or Lehigh Valley Honda. We will be in the market for another new vehicle later this year, and we will not take our business to ANY of the Lehigh Valley/Vinart dealerships. I find it shocking that in this economy, the sales staff at these dealerships would allow a professional couple with money in hand to buy a vehicle, walk off their lot without even a "Hello, How are you?". Rest assured we will be sending correspondence to senior management within the Vinart dealerships as well as to Honda and Hyundai corporate. More

After explaining my needs to Mike, he showed me a few cars that would work. He was also able to show me some cars that had just come in from trades. I have always had good service for LV Honda/Vinart. However, after paying over $700 for labor work and receiving 4 new tires, the very next day my tire was flat. When the road service arrived to place the donut spare on my car-it was revealed that the fault was with the placement of the new tire (valve stem.) The spare was rather low, I called service. I was told to drive the car to Lehigh Street and the tire would be fixed or bring the tire in to the facility and later have it mounted by AAA. I explained with the low spare, I would not be able to drive to Lehigh St. I opted to take the car to a local service station to hav eth tire fixed at my expense. Overall, I do like the Honda product and service area. This time I was a bit inconvenienced. This will not impact my decision to buy a future Honda. More
The service at Honda is excellent. The mechanics are always friendly and coureous. I think Michael is the guy who works in the waiting area. He is always very helpful.
