Incompetence. Took me 6 visits to get the car I wanted; First visit: Test Drive, 1 hr; second; Price negotiation, 1hr; 3rd filled our paperwork, 1.5hr (the form that the salesman filled out was wrong and h First visit: Test Drive, 1 hr; second; Price negotiation, 1hr; 3rd filled our paperwork, 1.5hr (the form that the salesman filled out was wrong and he had to do it again in front of me); 4th, picked up car 40 mins (did not have accessories i paid for) 5th, came back for the service dept to "install" a retracting cover over the hatchback; 1.5 hrs (the service guy told me it took him 30 seconds, but the dealer insisted I keep the car there for "at least an hour"; 6th, get registration, I moved my plates from my old car to new, the plates expired 6 weeks from the time of purchase, the dealer did not renew the plates at the time of putting them on my new car. In summery; this dealer has not respect for YOUR (the buyer's) time. But they have a strangle hold on the Honda sales in the Leigh Valley, so either inconvenience yourself by buying out of the area or inconvenience your self by dealing with this selfish group. Next time I am going to P-berg! More

I was not looking forward to the hassle of buying a new car, but had admired the Honda CRV. Tito really went out of his way to help me find the perfect car. He was very patient and was open to any questions. I had actually planned to check out other places for a car and this place was the first one I checked but due to the great service I experienced there, I was sold. I don't know how long Tito has been a car salesman but I'd guess he's been doing it a long time because he knows his stuff and I'm sure he'll be doing it for more years to come. He was really helpful and I'd recommend him to everyone who's looking for a car! More
Went in to Lehigh Valley Honda to buy a used car that we saw on their website. When we got there, the car had already been sold despite it being up on the website an hour before we got to the dealership. saw on their website. We looked around a bit, and there was a similar car that was a little more expensive that we test drove and sat down with Tariq to discuss purchasing. They would not negotiate on the price at all, and tried to trick us into paying the exact same price only financing instead of paying cash like we had planned. After a bunch of back and forth and consultations with his sales manager, we finally decided the car was not something we were interested in since they refused to budge on the price at all, and we politely thanked Tariq for his time, and got up to leave. We walked out of the dealership, and he followed us out, begging us to come back in. I shook his hand to thank him and say good bye, and he held onto my hand and would not let go. I had to tell him to "Let go of my hand now" before he did, and then he followed us out to our car pleading with us to come back in. The experience was everything people dread when going to haggle with car salesmen. After getting home, the next few days we were harassed with phone calls from both the dealership wanting to get feedback on our experience and Tariq, the salesman, we dealt with when we were there. Needless to say, we will never, ever deal with this company in the future, and we did end up buying a car from a much lower pressure dealership elsewhere and are very happy. More
Brought our vehicle in for wheel bearings, second time now(supposed to of checked them over a year ago), and again came up with other reasons for noise. Now mind you the issues they said were causing the now(supposed to of checked them over a year ago), and again came up with other reasons for noise. Now mind you the issues they said were causing the noise were in fact true issues but they didn't even look at the bearings which were very bad. Had to take it back agin and made sure they checked the bearings and this time they replaced them and the noise is now gone. But it is the fact that the we had to waste our time running back and forth dropping off and picking up our vehicle which really annoys me and the fact that they didn't even check the bearings the first time. More
