Tariq is usually a very mild mannered guy so I'm surprised that you perceived his actions as being overly aggressive. Nonetheless he did not handle things in accordance with your desires so for that I sincerely apologize. Often times, situations of this nature boil down to a matter of poor communication or conflict in personalities. I can assure you that we try very hard to make all interactions customer friendly however we seem to have failed in this instance.
