In looking to purchase a 2009 Fit, I considered many dealerships. Basically I was looking for the best price. I received a few early responses (including LHVH), some late responses and no responses at dealerships. Basically I was looking for the best price. I received a few early responses (including LHVH), some late responses and no responses at all. I was impressed with Elizabeth's (internet sales consultant) professionalism and demeanor. I took a ride to the dealership late one Thursday evening in my 2007 Honda Fit. I was politely greeted by Jeniffer ( sales manager) who directed me to the wonderful Margaret Martino (sales consultant) who took me on a test drive of the 2009 Fit. LHVH beat my lowest internet quote by $100. After I decided that I was going to purchase the 2009 Fit, Margaret Martino made the process smooth and easy. Vince the financial "guy" was great as well. Margaret stated she would gladly stay late to deliver the vehicle but asked if I would come back the next day so that she could deliver the vehicle to me the "right way." Friday after work I arrived at the dealership to tie up some paper work, get a tour of the (impressive) dealship and my new Fit. Before I new it I was driving home in my shiny new orange Honda Fit Sport (which I love). LHVH and Honda rock! Like Arnold said in Terminator, "I'll be back!" :) More

He also made sure he has an adequate time to spend going over the paperwork, any questions I have and going through the features of the vehicle I purchased. Loaner cars and shuttles are available. Service and maintenance for the vehicles are easier to manage. Basic maintenance does not require any appointment More
Eric was friendly, patient and thorough throughout the process of our 2006 Honda Odyssey. This is especially remarkable, since he sold us a 2007 just 5 days prior that we backed out of after he completed process of our 2006 Honda Odyssey. This is especially remarkable, since he sold us a 2007 just 5 days prior that we backed out of after he completed ALL of the paperwork. Eric and the general manager (sorry, his name escapes me), did all they could to remedy the problem with the '07 (dents on the roof that had gone unnoticed), but we decided it was not the right car for us. In the end, Eric got us into a better van for our family needs and has gone above and beyond in the area of customer service. He is an asset to your company and will surely be receiving referrals from my husband and me. More

We we My daughter is graduating from college in a few weeks. She didn't have a large amount for a down payment, and wasn't sure what car to look at. We went to the dealership and were greeted by Michael Houser, senior sales consultant, and Ben Rainford, sales manager promptly. They showed us several Honda Civics, and Michael took us on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features. When we got back to the dealership Michael explained some lease options and terms. We agreed to the monthly cost, and he said he could get all the paperwork and the car ready in about an hour. We came back in an hour and all the paperwork, was ready and the car had a full tank of gas and was very clean. Michael explained all the paperwork with us and fully and carefully went over all the details. I would definetly recommend Lehigh valley Honda to everyone. Thanks for a great car buying experience!! Before I went to the dealer, I had already decided on the car. I checked the dealer's website. It is an outstanding website with all information posted and intuitive to use. I checked their new-car inventory, and decided on the model and color. Due to prior inquiry, I have been contacted by them via email. So I used email to make an appointment. The car was ready for our inspection; totally cleaned and shiny. The salesman was very friendly and informative. They immediately offered us a great price (4% above dealer's bottom line price as determined by Consumers Reports). I negotiated some accessory equipment to be added without charge. They agreed without hesitation. The business manger was very helpful. He arranged the best finance rate for our loan, and explained all our options clearly and without jargon. The paper work was handled quickly and promptly. They contacted our insurance and arranged for an immediate coverage on the car. Willy went over the operation aspects of the car and its various gadgets. The manager came at the end to make sure we are satisfied. They took us to the service department and explained future maintenance matters. Next day, they contacted us by phone to see if we were satisfied. Later they sent two emails and I received another call. They listed my name and car in an Internet service they have for their cars' owners. The online service is excellent and allow the owner to view all the maintenance records of the car. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns in a very helpful and friendly manner. This is an excellent dealer. I shall return to them frequently in the future for service and purchase needs. Highly recommended. More
Being a busy mom, the kids had to come along with me for an oil change etc. We used the express service center. The service crew here are friendly, helpful and very SPEEDY with the work. They supplied us an oil change etc. We used the express service center. The service crew here are friendly, helpful and very SPEEDY with the work. They supplied us with a really cool beverage maker that amused the kids to no end. Hot chocolate, tea...choices were great. I left my binder of service stuff at home--with the discount coupons inside--and was told, no problem at all...just bring it next time, and I received the discount immediately. How great is that? From start to finish, we were there for only 20 minutes and that included not only the oil change and all fluid stuff, but also fixing the electric door that was sticking. I can highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda. They are great people with really great work ethics. More
This is with out a doubt the most impressive visit to a car dealership I have ever experienced. I must admit I am pretty jaded when it comes to car dealerships in general. I suffer from what we all like to car dealership I have ever experienced. I must admit I am pretty jaded when it comes to car dealerships in general. I suffer from what we all like to car car dealer anxiety. You know the feeling...The pressure, the games played, the shuffling from sales person to sales manager and after 3 hours you're not closer to the deal you expected that when you walked in. But this experience was completely different. From the initial internet communication to a woman named Elizabeth to the negotiation phase with both Elizabeth and then eventually the sales person Rich Haddad, the experience was pleasant, courtious, completely preofessional, understaning and "REAL". I say real becayse Mr. Haddad came across as a real "friend...NO xx or games whatsoever! He listened to my needs, he lept into action and readied everything for my arrival to purchase. Once I was at the dealership, Mr Haddad was extremely professional, and again just a real pleasure. He was thorough, informative and best of all he listened to everything I said. A side pleasure was this man's personality. Our conversations were real and genuine. He engaged myself and my girlfriend Amy in an honest and genuine manner. Rich handled every phase of my car purchae efficiently and quickly. I can never remeber going into a car dealership and not feeling dread. During this entire experience it was nothing but a pleasure. My car was perfect, ready for my arrival, and exactly what I asked for. I can't say enough about my total experience wuth LVH and Mr. Haddad in particular. More
This is the first car I purchased by myself..Chris was very informative, curtious and encouraging (he made me feel more confident). My daughter purchased an Accord approx. 2 years ago from your dealershi very informative, curtious and encouraging (he made me feel more confident). My daughter purchased an Accord approx. 2 years ago from your dealership and then drove that car from Allentown to Denver, Co. so, you can say she really gave it a test run. She loves her car. This is my first Honda and I am sure I will be as happy with mine as my kids are with there Honda cars. To this point I am very satisfied, I hope I will not have to use the service dept., only for oil changes.. I would recommend your dealership to my friends now since I have personally purchased a car from you. Chris made it a very pleasnt experience...I think the salesman is the first step to a good dealership. First impressions do mean alot. Thank you Carolyn Z. More
I negotiated the price for a new Fit by email. Lehigh had the best price I could find. However, I would have gladly paid more in order to not be subjected to deceptive, high-pressure tactics. I had g had the best price I could find. However, I would have gladly paid more in order to not be subjected to deceptive, high-pressure tactics. I had gone to the dealership with the intent just to test drive. We had a price on the table which I was happy with but I still had to resolve financing with my bank, title on my trade and insurance for the new car. We agreed that I would put a $500 deposit on the car and return the following Tuesday, 7:00 PM to pay off the balance once everything was ready. The appointment was booked. However, after Ron talked to some other nameless person, I was told I had to pay the balance that day in order to keep the price because it was the last day of the month and they had sales figures to meet. If quotas are the dealer's concern, they should have thought of that before accepting my deposit. I complained to a few people, but they all towed the party line and refused to honor their obligations under our agreement. I should have demanded my deposit back right then and there and left. If they don't honor an agreement made just minutes earlier, how do I know they will honor the warranty years from now? But the price was good, so I foolishly accepted their breach of our deal. So, there I sat on the phone, sweating bullets, in a frenzy to resolve financing, insurance and trade title. Several hours later, everything was resolved. After I left, someone from the dealership contacted me by phone and email about the experience and I again raised this concern. I was offered a service credit but this is of no value as I would never get dealer service other than under warranty or recall and I do not live in the Allentown area. The email actually encouraged me to post on this website, so, after raising my issue three different times, here I am. Their breach caused immeasurable stress which I would have gladly paid more to avoid. Ron was friendly, but this was nothing more than a good cop/bad cop sales tactic, so that the nameless/faceless person who breached our agreement could remain so. All in all a poor experience and not recommended. There are 15+ Honda dealerships in SE PA, I recommend you choose another one. As good as the price was, I had a quote from Lancaster for only $100 more. Use the internet to shop around to find the best price from a dealership which will honor its obligations. Also, prior to going to any dealer, I recommend you read "Confessions of a Car Salesman" in its entirety on edmunds.com. http://www.edmunds.com/advice/buying/articles/42962/page001.html UPDATE 7/30/09 - Here we are, months later and still nothing more than an insincere apology and a useless service credit. A service credit, as though I would ever trust this dealer to service my car after all of their lies, red tape and broken promises. They would probably hold my car hostage until I paid ransom money to get it back, that seems to be their M.O. They KNEW keeping my deposit was a breach of our agreement but did it anyway, knowing it would cost me more to go to small claims court to get it back than the amount of the deposit itself. RUN from this dealership, that’s what I should have done. Do not reward their deception. UPDATE 4/21/10 - I am still angry about this dealership's breach of our deposit agreement, but it gets worse from there. I took the Fit for it's first PA inspection in February. IT FAILED!!!!! It is no longer a road-worthy vehicle. Reading Honda said repairing it to make it legal IS NOT COVERED under the warranty. I am still under the 3yr/36K bumper-to-bumper warranty. All the more reason why I should have walked away when I had the chance. Not even ONE YEAR LATER, MY CAR IS A BRICK, cannot legally be driven on public roads in PA. If you're reading this, and its not too late, take my advice: RUN from Honda. LV Honda is particularly poor, but the company as a whole has an unmitigated distain for it's customers and apparently enjoys deceiving them. More
