I figured I would give this dealer another try. Just another mistake on my part. I do not know which is worse, the high pressure sales tactics that they tried to use on me when I purchased my car 8 year another mistake on my part. I do not know which is worse, the high pressure sales tactics that they tried to use on me when I purchased my car 8 years ago, or the high pressure tactics used to sell me service that is not needed on my vehicle. My car failed state inspection for a cracked front engine mount???????? Is this something new????? Then, they charged me for 1.5 hours labor to change the mount, and after they showed me that the mount was cracked and said it would not pass inspection, I was there no more than 1/2 hour. Then they try to " suggest" that I need "service level B" service done , which was rotation of tires and changing of all fluids. I have had this experience with every one of your service techs. They do not bother to ask if any of this work had been done in the past by myself, or someone else, they just look in their computer and figure it has not been done, so they try to rip you off and push this service on you. Why would my tires need to be rotated if all 4 of them measure a 6 and their is no sign of uneven wear??? The last time they said that I needed a new serpentine belt, They did not even bother to look at the vehicle, because the belt had been changed less than a month ago. Stay away from the high pressure tactics of this dealers service dept. More

We are not fans of shopping for cars and were only doing so because our vehicle was totaled in an accident. Buying my Honda was a great experience at Lehigh Valley Honda. Tito not only showed me all the amazing features on my car (some which i didn't even realize until he showed me!) but he also taught me some Honda. Tito not only showed me all the amazing features on my car (some which i didn't even realize until he showed me!) but he also taught me some additional tips and tricks, and even some new travel route options :-) They were able to work with me to get my car at least very close to my desired monthly payment (when other dealers were not able to!) so i was sold! Incompetence. Took me 6 visits to get the car I wanted; First visit: Test Drive, 1 hr; second; Price negotiation, 1hr; 3rd filled our paperwork, 1.5hr (the form that the salesman filled out was wrong and h First visit: Test Drive, 1 hr; second; Price negotiation, 1hr; 3rd filled our paperwork, 1.5hr (the form that the salesman filled out was wrong and he had to do it again in front of me); 4th, picked up car 40 mins (did not have accessories i paid for) 5th, came back for the service dept to "install" a retracting cover over the hatchback; 1.5 hrs (the service guy told me it took him 30 seconds, but the dealer insisted I keep the car there for "at least an hour"; 6th, get registration, I moved my plates from my old car to new, the plates expired 6 weeks from the time of purchase, the dealer did not renew the plates at the time of putting them on my new car. In summery; this dealer has not respect for YOUR (the buyer's) time. But they have a strangle hold on the Honda sales in the Leigh Valley, so either inconvenience yourself by buying out of the area or inconvenience your self by dealing with this selfish group. Next time I am going to P-berg! More
