It was time to get a new car, and since we had two privious Hondas it was an easy decision. As I was doing some prilimary scouting of cars, Civics and Accords, Rick came out and introduced himself. I made it clear that at this time I was just looking trying to find a car for my wife. Rick said he would be happy to assist me wanted to know our schedule when my wife and I could come to the dealership. I took his card and provided Rick with my name and telephone number. Rick asked about financing and I told him I was working with my Credit Union. Rick made several follow-up call to see when we could meet. Several days while still waiting for my financing, my wife and I stopped in to see Rick, my wife test drove the Civic and Rick answered her questions about the car. Once my financing was approved , we went in to see Rick, we did another test drive of the civic coupe, but decided to go with the sedan. Rick worked with us in settling on a price, and was please with the outcome. Rick called us when the car came in and we setup and appointment to pick up the car. Rick was very knowledgeable with the car's features. After signing all the paperwork, Rick took us out to the car, assisted in setting us the radio settings, attached the plate and registration sticker, and asked if we had any questions. He introduced us to his manager Jennifer Hilbert who came out of her office to thank us for the business. This was a nice touch, I felt like family. We are very pleased with the car and we thank Rick for his assistance. His customer service is an asset to the dealership. Thanks Ron and Betty Moore More

Upon my intitial walk into the dealership I do not feel that I was taken seriously as a buyer. After talking with salesman about why I was there, his tune changed and he became more friendly with me. I was looking for a small SUV for my wife. She had a RAV4 that was gitting up in miles. We didn't go into LV Honda looking to buy that night, but after test driving the CRV and working what we think was a gr that was gitting up in miles. We had a great experience on our second visit to the dealership. We were looking to purchase a 2009 Honda Fit. We had a internet sales quote from LV Honda. Michael Houser worked with us with the price of the car and our trade in value. He was very patient as getting a good price was high on our list of priorities for this vehicle. Our first visit with the internet quote was a little frustrating as the quoted price was not honored. This inital experience had us concerned but dealing withthe internet sales over the phone and into our second visit we felt extremely better. I believe there was some confusion with the sales person we were initially dealing with but we were accommodated during our second visit and left very satisfied. Michael understood our price range and our frustration with the first visit. He was eager to help us through the negotiation and finalization process. We would consider Lehigh Valley Honda for a second purchase in the future. More

I was looking for a new SUV for under $30,000 and I had test driven the Toyota Rav4, Subaru Forester, and Hyundai Tuson. It ended up in a toss up between the Honda CRV and the Toyota RAV4. The Toyota Dealerships were very difficult to deal with. One Dealership was quite rude to my wife and me. Another quoted "sticker" price. When I came in to test drive the Honda CRV, the Sales Consultant, Chris Schrammel, was very pleasent. He explained all the features and let us take the CRV for a real test drive. I liked the vehicle however was not quite sure if I wanted the CRV. Chris said "okay" and to let him know if I was still interested. NO PRESSURE AT ALL. I made my decision and came back a few days later only to find that the CRV I was going to buy was sold. Chris said no problem and found the model and features I wanted. Honda CRV, EX, Royal Blue with the grey cloth interior. Chris also quoted me a great price. I purchased the CRV on Wednesday, August 19, 2009. It was raining hard that evening, however Chris had the CRV detailed and waiting in the shop area for my wife and me. NICE, VERY NICE. I did get rid of my 15 mpg "cash for clunker" and now get 24.2 mpg in my Honda CRV. It just doesn't get any better! More
I went to get a car the last day for Cash for Clunkers, with no appointment. I was taken in right away. It was a long day, but mostly because they were fitting me in between scheduled customers, which I with no appointment. I was taken in right away. Of course, I was interested in a new car which the sales people hadn't had time to learn about fully. I bought the car that day. I found that it didn't have cruise control, which was important to me. I called the sales manager, and even with Cash for Clunkers, which made it more difficult, he was able to switch me into another car (two days after I purchased the first one) with the options that I wanted. Although it was a long process (mostly because I didn't make an appointment), the dealership accommodated me so that I was able to use the Cash for Clunkers Program, and to get me into the car that fit my needs. I purchased the new hybrid Insight and love it. With having to go back a couple of times, the sales people were still very pleasant to me. Thought they'd all run when they saw me coming. I went in the last Saturday of the Cash for Clunkers program. I did not have an appointment but they were more than happy to fit me in.
