My experience was where I learned something. Tito took the time out and answer all my questions and he give me the chance to make a decision, minus the pressure. I did ask a lot of questions and I consider myself a hard sale to him he looks at people as family and he just wants to get you the best car to suit your needs. I was VERY please with his customer service, he was persistent without being annoying. This was the best buying experience I have had and I did shop around. He respected me from the door and in turn I respected his opinion and I took his direction. I am a sales person too and I can respect a sales person that have ethics and morals for the customer. I recently purchased a new Honda from Lehigh Valley Honda. The entire purchasing experience was handled in a professional courteous manner. Mr. Torres was vey helpful throughout the purchasing experience and his friendly and engaging manner was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to answer all questions and if he did not know the answer he found out. I also dealt with the fianace manager, normally one of the worst experiences in the entire process. Not this time, what a gentlemen. I also had the opportuinty to talk with General manager Paul Goodwin and he can be very proud of his entire staff.
