We recently found ourselves in the position of having to replace one of our vehicles. We were not easy by any means, as we seemed to make decisions at all ends of the spectrum. First, we were going with new. Then used. Then we were going to repair our 12 year old vehicle. I think you get the picture! He really was sincere in assisting us in making a choice which would best fit our needs. (We ended up buying used). He also made the experience fun. I did ask a lot of questions and I consider myself a hard sale to him he looks at people as family and he just wants to get you the best car to suit your needs. I was VERY please with his customer service, he was persistent without being annoying. This was the best buying experience I have had and I did shop around. He respected me from the door and in turn I respected his opinion and I took his direction. I am a sales person too and I can respect a sales person that have ethics and morals for the customer.
