This service dept is awesome! i usually drop off the night before for next day service & pickup. They always do a great job with communication. This time, i went express. The service was great as usual. I did ask for my windshield wipers to be checked for replacement. I needed new ones. The service rep told me it would cost $50 a blade for replacement, something about replacing the arm for $30 and the actual wiper blade for $20. $100 for wipers?!? i drove 2 miles down the street & bought wipers for $20 total. They work just fine. I understand some things are limited at dealerships based upon the provider. I appreciated the service rep giving me the information & not trying to convince me to take his recommendation. Again, very satisfied with service and end result for my vehicle! good job, lv honda! I unfortunately was in an accident that totaled my previous Honda Civic. I was in a pinch and needed to get a new car as soon as possible. Once arriving at Honda with my dad, Tito Torres immediately c previous Honda Civic. I was in a pinch and needed to get a new car as soon as possible. Once arriving at Honda with my dad, Tito Torres immediately came out and greeted us. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. I test drove 2 different cars and was able to agree on a deal that was reasonable. During the entire process I never doubted that if I needed help with something or had a question that I could call Tito. He made himself very available and actually made the process of buying a new car enjoyable. Props to Tito for awesome customer service! I highly recommend him! More

Went for my 2nd oil change and 1st inspection. They got me in with no hassles (even though i forgot and waited til last minute to get the inspection done). I also needed clips for my bumper but had just a me in with no hassles (even though i forgot and waited til last minute to get the inspection done). I also needed clips for my bumper but had just asked to purchase them since i didn't want to pay to have them put on... well a nice surprise - they popped them on there for me free of charge... it's little things like that which make a great dealership stand out. oh, and my car was nice and clean on the outside too - bonus :-) More

Since I purchased the 2011 Honda CRV (from another dealer) L.V. Honda has serviced this vehicle since it was purchaded. LVH did the first inspection (purchased out of State). Trevor has been Extreme dealer) L.V. Honda has serviced this vehicle since it was purchaded. LVH did the first inspection (purchased out of State). Trevor has been Extremely helpfull, and Extremely pleasant to deal with. I have always given a rating of 100% so far. The Honda has had every service required since new (13 miles) on the odometer.
