I was pleased with the people. They were all very personable. My problem was that I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I was told 2 hours, but every time they said they found something else it seemed t personable. Excellent service. This is my fourth Honda from this dealership. I always deal with Willy Redregus. He is an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly man. I like their service department too. Tire pressure light wsa still on when I picked up the car, even though this was something I asked them to check. Did not notice it till out of the parking lot; had to turn around and go back in and ask car, even though this was something I asked them to check. Did not notice it till out of the parking lot; had to turn around and go back in and ask the service desk people about it. They said it would go off after reaching 15 mph. How was I supposed to know this? Would have been nice if that had been written on a note on top of my bill. They acted like I should have known that - I was not real happy about having to turn around and go back and ask. Light did go off on my way home, but I wasted time. More

After looking at Kia and Toyota we opted for the Honda CR-V. From the beginning, the sales experience at Lehigh Valley Honda was far above that at Bennett Toyota. David was professional, informative and easy to deal with. LV Honda wanted our sale but wasn't overly agressive and was willing to work with us. Leo Zingales was also very informative regarding financing and warranties. Again, professional but friendly. A new car purchase can be extremely stressful and a bit scary. We did not find our experience with David and Lehigh Valley Honda to be either. More
The driver's side headlight burned out on my Honda Accord and so I went to the Express Service at Lehigh Valley Honda. Employees were all very friendly and they actually had my headlight bulb changed in abo and so I went to the Express Service at Lehigh Valley Honda.
