Did not expect new car purchase with trade to go as well as it did based on past experience with other dealers and the reality that it is a negotiation. We have bought at least 7 Honda accords from you. Our present accord 2012 has been in your service garage 6 times for the same problem. Every time we have the tires rotated or have our winter tires put present accord 2012 has been in your service garage 6 times for the same problem. Every time we have the tires rotated or have our winter tires put on we have had to bring the car back 3 times each instance because a light comes on and says there is a problem with the tires. We have been told this is due to some sort of sensors. With all our other accords we never once had this problem or any other problem. We live 50 miles round-trip to the dealership. This car has been back 6 times and now has to come back again next week for this same problem. I truly believe that we need to have some sort of of compensation. We live 5 miles from Piazza Honda in Limerick and am wondering if we need to go there for service? More
