I purchased a new Accord from sales rep Mike Houser. This is our second new car purchase from Lehigh Valley Honda- the previous purchase was a Pilot. Mike was excellent- he is professional and affable. He nicely explained the features of the new 2013 Accord relative to the previous model Accord I owned. I also appreciated that there was no heavy sales pitch- there were NO silly and unnecessary questions like "what can I do to get you to buy a car from me today?", or "what kind of monthly payment are you looking for?" More and more people going to dealers these days come prepared with information on the car, car prices and financing due to web resources like Edmunds, Youtube, and online banks, so it was refreshing for me that Mike didn't ask these unnessary questions. Leo (the "finance guy") was also good, and I ended up buying an extended warranty. After agreeing on price and signing the paperwork, the car was ready to drive home in about 1 hour- impressive. Overall, this was a positive experience and Lehigh Valley Honda earned my loyalty. More

Going to buy a car has NEVER been one of my favorite experiences. So when the need to find a new vehicle better suited for my kids and I surfaced, I entered this search with that same, familiar knot in experiences. Well, based on information from a friend, I went to see Lehigh Valley Honda and met Tito and Sales Manager Jen. I can tell you the first place I will be going for a car the next time I need one and the salesman I will be going to see. Tito spoke on my level, explaining the 2013 Honda Accord I was interested in. He was sincerely friendly, professional and well informed on the vehicle. Most salesmen are more concerned about how much we can get this guy to buy whether he needs it or not. Tito listened and helped me find the car that fit us the best.... He made sure we knew all our options, yet never pushed us into a car we did not need. Jen made sure we were welcome, like we were the most important people in that showroom that night. After dealing with Tito and talking with Jen I was sure that Lehigh Valley Honda was the place to be and they would stand behind their car and us. More

Came in for a check engine light on and vehicle stability light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut on the right front wheel was on too tight and would not be removed for fear of breaking the stud. The rotating was not done. The problem is that now the car would need a tow if it had a flat tire. I got the wheel lug fixed that day at a service center near home. Nothing was broken. As it is a 70 mile trip to LVH I will not come back since the work performed is no better than I can get closer except for recall work. Until now I felt the drive to LVH was worth it. More

We took our new car in for service and needed a new transmission and they replace the battery. Jennifer from sales was very nice as was Willie. Kevin from the service department was also very nice.
