The saleswoman (Maggie) knows her product and is passionate about sales. The test drive was the right length - on the highway and up & over a mountain on winding roads. I appreciated that my counter-offer was taken seriously. The finance guy (Leo) understands the details of the vehicle and why it is a good idea to purchase an extended warrenty. More

I first took my car for service in December on 2012 for what is referred to as "service D". I received a call from the service manager, who clearly called the wrong number about repairs to a vehicle that w what is referred to as "service D". I received a call from the service manager, who clearly called the wrong number about repairs to a vehicle that was not mine. While I understand mistakes happen, I did not receive a call about an estimate on my car. $600.00 later, I was stuck with a bill that I could not afford at the time, and was not aware such a service would be so expensive. I paid my bill, and went on my not so merry way. A couple weeks later, I started to hear a strange scraping sound coming from the rear passenger's side after my initial service. Naturally, I called LVH to have this checked out, because I just had service performed on my car. The service manager told me to bring my vehicle in and he would personally take a look at it. By the time my appointment rolled around, the noise went away. The service manager took a quick glance at it, and told me that it probably wasn't anything to be concerned about. The noise returned a couple weeks later, yet again my car was returned to the shop. The service manager instructed a mechanic shave down one of rotors because he suspected that there might be a rust build up. The problem was temporarily fixed. The scraping noise has since returned, and it's and louder and more constant. I called LVH to convey my dissatisfaction with the service and asked to make another appointment. I was told to bring my car into the shop after the weekend, and that would more than likely need to have my rotors replaced. My rotors were supposed to be inspected when my vehicle received "Service D". How is it that I took my vehicle in for service on 3 occasions, and this problem was not discovered? I am incredibly unhappy with the service I have received at Lehigh Valley Honda's service shop, and will no longer take my vehicle there. More
We walked into the Dealership with the thought that we needed to be ready and armed for battle. We were ready for the same ole Car Dealer Tactics forcing you to play the game and beg to get a nickel off o needed to be ready and armed for battle. We were ready for the same ole Car Dealer Tactics forcing you to play the game and beg to get a nickel off of your selling price. It was far from that. We did our pre shopping on line and researched features and knew what we wanted. It was then to find the right place to purchase. We needed Service after the Sale, a good price, and the exact design car that we wanted since this was such a large expense. I can say that this is now our third purchase from LV Honda, and now our second purchase from Dino Campbell. Dino made the buying process pleasurable if that is at all possible. His demeanor and trust removed our guard. The negotiations were still needed but done with respect and a high level of integrity. My blood pressure never went up at any point. We agreed on a very fair price for my trade and my new purchase. He demonstrated the features throughout the entire process that we really knew our new vehicle when completed. He was highly trained in the vehicle and went over every detail that meant something to us. He remembered my Wife's exact needs from two years ago and re-explained how those features would now benefit us in an even better way. Kudos to Dino for Sales Professionalism. If you live in the Valley and enjoy the quality of a Honda, stop by and see Dino Campbell. You will be extremely pleased with him. He is by far your typical Sales Person. He will guarantee your happiness and make buying a car fun again. More
I have purchased more than a few new Hondas and Acuras over the years from Lehigh Valley Honda and Lehigh Valley Acura. This is the first new Honda, however, since 1994 (and Acura since 2004). I believe over the years from Lehigh Valley Honda and Lehigh Valley Acura. This is the first new Honda, however, since 1994 (and Acura since 2004). I believe Honda lost its way with styling with the last few iterations*, but it looks like Honda may have turned the corner with the 2013 Accord. Your service department has always been tops. Anyway, consistent with my past experience there, the buying experience was very positive, with a good negotiation. And Willie is very knowledgeable about the cars (compared to many sales reps I have encountered over the years) and he has a great sense of humor! * Honda should raid the Kia styling studio for new talent! Chose to start using this dealership when my car hit 70,000mi. At that time Sam was great. Lots of repairs were necessary but I was very pleased with the work. This follow up for 80, 000mi. was another 70,000mi. At that time Sam was great. Lots of repairs were necessary but I was very pleased with the work. This follow up for 80, 000mi. was another good experience, thanks to Kevin. I was told dlrship. is costlier than my private garage. However' I depend on these fellows to keep my car in tip top Honda condition. So far, they have not disappointed. Maybe next year I will be able trade-in for new!!!!! Thanks very much,Camilla D'Annunzio 03/06/2013 More

We had an entirely pleasant experience working with Tim Fox and Tito Torres. Tim was our initial contact, and navigated us through the test-driving process. Tito guided us through the process of purchasing our car. Tim was very friendly, very helpful, and applied no unwanted pressure during the process - I suppose it helps to be selling Hondas. We negotiated with Tito, and we were given a very fair price, well below what I'd budgeted for our purchase. The folks at Lehigh Valley Honda were professional, courteous, and content to let their products speak for themselves, with the only exception being pointing out details that we might have missed. We've had some smarmy experiences at other dealers (both purchasing other cars, and as we discerned what we wanted to purchase this time out), and I'm happy to report that the LVH experience with Tim and Tito was cheerfully free of annoying pressure, or overselling, or badmouthing the competition. We couldn't be more delighted with our new car (a 2013 Accord), and with the testing and purchasing experience at Lehigh Valley Honda. I'd happily recommend them without hesitation to individuals in the market for a new vehicle, and definitely plan to return when we're in the market for another car. More
