All of the paperwork took only two hours for which I was grateful. The service department has been outstanding. My questions are always answered fully. I also appreciated the fact that after one week, something slashed one of my tires, and it was replaced free of charge. Additionally, I brought my car in for a "Free" State Inspection but was still charged for a number of inspection items as part of the maintenance that was performed on my car. I brought these concerns to Kevin Wagner, Service Manager, after he contacted me regarding my service at LV Honda almost two weeks ago now, but never got a reply. More
