I have been coming to Sam Azar for years for the service for my Honda Odessey. He has an incredible way of making his customers feel like they are family and he will do anything in his power to help them. Recently, I was in a major car accident where my car was non repairable. I immediately called Sam and asked who he would recommend that I work with, he referred me to John Miksits. John then placed me in the hands of Josh Buesgen. Josh began the process of showing empathy and care that I was not injured in the accident. He followed up with me throughout the process while waiting on the insurance company. He asked me questions to understand my needs and what was important to me in a car. We also discussed cars available throughout the week. When I arrived at the dealership he had my car waiting for me out front. The team treats their customers as if they are family, this is our third car purchased from your dealership and I would never go anywhere else because of the service your team provides. Over the top! First visit to Lehigh Valley Honda and I went back the same week to get more work done. The service was excellent and timely. I have a 2003 Honda El First visit to Lehigh Valley Honda and I went back the same week to get more work done. The service was excellent and timely. I have a 2003 Honda Element, not exactly a new car, but felt like I was treated as if I was the owner of one. I didn't even buy my car at this dealership. I received more value for the work than I do at my regular shop, which is the reason I took it back in the same week to get more of the recommended work done I had neglected. The convenience of getting a loaner car was a jaw dropper for me. I live over an hour away but work 15 minutes away from the dealership. This is convenience and service at its best! I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I was notified that all fluids, filters and tires were checked. Recommendations were made to replace some of the filters and to rotate the tires. The service was so fast; by the time I disconnected my phone, it seemed like ten minutes had past and my car was ready with all the changes. I have been going to this Honda dealership for years and have always had a very good experience.. More
