Bought a used Honda Our salesman Kyle was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was patient and helpful as we were shopping with 2 children. Engine Repair When I had my car towed in for over-heating, I had no clue what the problem was. In short time, I was told that my engine head had cracked and had to When I had my car towed in for over-heating, I had no clue what the problem was. In short time, I was told that my engine head had cracked and had to be replaced for a four figure cost. Much to my surprise, I discovered (or I was told by my manager Bill Nixon) that it was covered under my 10 year warranty. He also pointed out that other parts of the car were covered under this warranty as well. My point is that I wonder if I am one of a few or many who don't fully know how their car is covered under warranty. I also want to say that Bill Nixon handled my situation in a friendly and even supportive way! And the replacement was done in such a short time, I had another good surprise. More

Serious Concerns with this location I have been a loyal customer of Honda for well over a decade. I experienced several service concerns at the Lehigh Valley Honda location, and felt I I have been a loyal customer of Honda for well over a decade. I experienced several service concerns at the Lehigh Valley Honda location, and felt I had a responsibility to bring my experiences to the attention of the General Manager; Paul Goodwin. In speaking with Paul, I was treated with disrespect ... and one point during our discussion (this is a quote), Paul responded stating "shame on you". I have never been treated this way by a leader of any organization or business in my life. I did not take the time to share my experience with the location's leadership to be shamed. My concern was a service appointment I had when my vehicle was damaged. Yes - the location repaired what they damaged, but did not document that this occurred. Paul walked me back to the service area, and inquired with one of the service personnel and he confirmed for Paul that they did damage my vehicle and the damage without documentation. I'm sure Paul didn't expect to hear this, but with this discovery I felt he would have been more respectful of me, and the unprofessional comments he made when we spoke. I asked to speak with the owner, and Paul explained to me (3 times), that he's been friends with the owners family for over 30 years. I personally feel that Paul's behavior has adversely impacted my impression of the Honda brand, and should be addressed by Honda America. I'm a VERY reasonable person folks, and this experience with Paul Goodwin at Lehigh Valley Honda was nothing short of a disaster - it certainly impacted my trust in the brand, which again - I've been loyal to for a VERY long time. More

New Tires On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have is this is the second time I did not get all my valve stem caps put back on my car. I am not sure why this is so hard to remember. Obviously these are not expensive, but a hassle to have to go to the store and by more. Since it was the second time this has happened I am feeling the need to rate this a 4 star service. More
