The reason for that must have been the wheel hubcaps, when the technician installed one of them he was missing a screw, so the hubcap eventually came loose while driving. Not the best quality service this time! It should be an easy thing to make sure all the screws taken out, are put back in. More

Horrible Experience I was not given a user's manual for the remote engine start system, which does not operate to my liking. The vehicle shakes & vibrates while idling. I I was not given a user's manual for the remote engine start system, which does not operate to my liking. The vehicle shakes & vibrates while idling. I was not shown all of the interior features of the vehicle. The HondaLink application did not always upload when the vehicle is started. I was not given an adequate price for my two trade-in vehicles. I was given erroneous information about what the extended warranty covers & an overblown price of $2489 for the extended 8 year/ 100,000 mile warranty. The clock was 3 hours behind, displayed the wrong date & still shows Pacific instead of Eastern Standard Time. The dealership perks when the vehicle is serviced were never discussed with me. I was pressured into giving Lehigh Valley Honda (LVH) a $1000 deposit and subsequently found the same vehicle at another dealership for $243 less, but couldn't purchase the vehicle from them since I would lose my $1000 deposit given to LVH. The invoice didn't list the additional accesories I purchased and I had to make repeated requests for my overpayment refund, which I was not refunded until two weeks later when I returned on 10/09/15 to have the remote engine start system inspected by an experienced service technician as I was told would be done by Travis Kost; however, service had no appointment listed for me. Thomas Chinnici who was asked by Travis Kost to assist me said about 6 times, "I'm gonna kill you" because I kept repeating that I wanted the remote engine start system's installation to be checked by a service technician & he had no knowledge about the issues I discussed with Travis Kost. He also kept touching my body without my permission. The scuff mark I had seen & shown the salesperson on 9/19/15 was still present when I returned to pick up the vehicle on 9/26/15. More

Excellent Service I needed an inspection and when I got to the service center they reminded me I needed a 15,000 mile checkup as well. They checked everything while I waited; although, they did offer a car to use while they were working on my car, but I declined. They had light breakfast items and coffee, plus TV while you waited. The service waiting room was clean and all the people at the dealership were friendly and very helpful. More

One my costumer rip is Bill Nixon this man is right on his game he is courteous and has a special humor that make the whole experience of your service comfortable and pleasing it takes the bite away from many of the concerns one might have when getting work done to your honda. Second the time to do your service is prompt and a wash at the end is appreciated. Very important loyalty is a list value in many of our daily lives but I have been servicing my Honda here for my entire time so it was nice to receive a gift for future services a discount that is much needed. Let me finish by saying loyalty and dedication is not dead at Lehigh valley Honda. Thank you Mike Rosario More

In all the times I have visited dealers to purchase vehicles myself, or accompany other friends and family to look over vehicles for them, I have NEVER seen or dealt with a dealership as friendly with young children as Lehigh Valley Honda was My daughter is 2 years old and they had small activities to keep her content (books, blocks, etc.). They even had drinks for her and were very accommodating to her needs as well as ours when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I don't typically write reviews, but this experience really blew me away. Continue the great work! More
