As a father of three-year old twins and a five-year old, the blinking light burned even more stress into our already busy lives as this was the only car that could occupy all of us together. I contacted Lehigh Valley Honda immediately, and a few days later the bad news provided even more weight to the situation; the car was basically fixable, but for more than it was worth, and so, the journey to replace it began. I contacted a sales associate named Mark Perkins. From the start, his empathy overshadowed any other part of a typical sales experience. He listened, accommodated and made critical communication connections with his staff to assure that we would be given the best deal for a trade-in as well as on a new car. He remained in constant communication with us as well and treated us as if we were a part of his family. His professionalism and problem-solving ability altered the course of a very stressful time for our family, transforming it into one of the more positive experiences we've had with cars.
