We had a wonderful experience with Honda of Lehigh Valley. Would definitely refer friends/family and go back ourselves the next time we are looking for a vehicle, despite it being an hour drive. I brought my 2021 CRV in for an oil check via the Express service department. I waited over two hours for the oil change to be completed and at no point during the process did I get an update until I approac service department. I waited over two hours for the oil change to be completed and at no point during the process did I get an update until I approach one of the service individuals at the counter. That individual was not even my service representative who was nowhere to be found. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and I will not bring my car back to this dealership for any reason Whatsoever More
