The LV Honda technician noted that my rack & pinion and tire rod end needs to be replaced, because it has internal wear, at a cost estimate of $3,791. I then had the rack & pinion inspected by an offsite reputable mechanic. He found no problem with it. Therefore, I can’t understand why the LV Honda technician wrote up this need for an expensive replacement when it appears there was actually no need for it. This is very disappointing, as I don’t think I can ever trust Lehigh Valley Honda with any future service/repair estimates. More
