On 6 Mar2023 Daniel Carcione, LV Honda/Hyundai Service Director, did reach out to me. We had a long telephone conversation reviewing the entire matter. In summary, will not be returning to LV Honda, as the other service facility has met my need, and I have confidence in that mechanic's judgement... as it's not too hard to actually recognize a defective rack & pinion unit. I further suggested to Mr. Carcione of their need to scrutinize the continuing work activities of both the service advisor and the service technician.
