I like a dealership that I can trust. Service Department is more important to me than the purchase deal. Coming from the mechanical services industry myself, I understand how important customer experience is. Returning for service to see familiarity amongst the team instills confidence and also trust. Key to customer loyalty. LHValley Acura has met my bar. If I see high employee turnover, it tells me the company sees their staff as expendable. Best I can tell, LHVA is solid.
