I would say it was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased my fourth Acura and Bill Cossman was my salesman for the latest one. Mark was great to work with. Very polite and knowledgeable. He reminded me what maintenance acura requires at certain milage. What i like about mark the most he didn't just try to sell me something. He does business the right way and make the customer comfortable. Instead He let know what some of prices of my future services would be.
