Took my car in and AFTER I was given the car back and told it was fully finished I got a call that a part that was on backorder had arrived. I made an appointment to get it installed. I came in and a young man, who didn't bother to ask who I was, made believe he looked in the system and went to talk to a mechanic, came back and told me the part was installed in the car. I then told him the light for the AC was not working after they gave me back the car and he told me I had to pay them if I wanted them to look at it. I was so disgusted I walked out. I had been playing with the idea of replacing my car with another RDX or Lexus. I think I just made up my mind... Lexus it is! More
I needed a strut and some other parts that were on back order. I finally got the call and took the car in, 3 Days later it was ready. I took the car and a few days later I notice the light that turns on w order. I finally got the call and took the car in, 3 Days later it was ready. I took the car and a few days later I notice the light that turns on when using the AC/Heat was no longer working. About a week later a call that a part that was on back order for my car had arrived. I was surprised because I was given back the car supposedly with all parts installed. I spoke with the representative and scheduled an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was met by Tyler Evans, who I had worked with previously. When I explained was there to have the part installed, without even asking who I was,, he got extremely nervous, started clicking the computer told me all parts were installed and the “appointment people” were never made aware of. He then made believe he went to the floor to talk to the mechanic. Comes back and told me hee was right (surprise surprise) When I mentioned the light being off he told he was going to give me an estimate because I add to pay for it. I am going to replace my car and it was a toss between the RDX. or the Lexus 350 or 450 after today I’ve made up mind. I will NEVER go back to that dealership More

Ron made the experience painless and was very personable thru out my purchase which was initially completed over the phone without meeting him. I purchased the car site unseen and drove six hours to pick it up. He represented the car perfectly and had everything ready to go when we arrived.
