My new 2025 MDX was in for service to install the ATF for my trailer hitch and to address a safety recall. Both tasks were completed without any issues and within the time anticipated. Called about a recall on a sensor Told take 2 days to get parts in to dealership so she scheduled me on 3 rd day. Was told to bring car in on Wednesday 29th for a recall on a sensor to passenger seat. However part did not come in but I was not called to reschedule so I had to borrow a car longer from a friend. Also they did not replace my seat cover which they may not be allowed to put it back on but would have been appreciated. .Overall was not happy, an older sales man in main building was obnoxious I would have never bought my car from him.
