I'm sure sorry to see this. It sounds like we haven't done a great job of putting this all into context for you. I'll try and address each of these issues for you, so hopefully we can get on the same page. We did close down a little early on Thursday. The sub-zero temps and snow actually caused a pipe to freeze and we had water running into the showroom, so we felt it was best to get our employees home and get that fixed. We tried to alert the guests that we knew were coming in so we didn't inconvenience them. I'm really sorry if we missed that you had an appointment with us. We had a few technicians come in early the next morning to work on our customers cars and yours was one of those. We tested your heater against two brand new Ridgelines and found that it was performing as it should. The sub-zero temps were causing the temperatures in all of the tested Ridgelines to be cooler at the floor than they were at the dash because the ducting of the air along the firewall was causing the air temperature of the heater to cool before it reached the floor vents. I apologize if that wasn't explained properly to you at the time of the repair. Hopefully, we don't see too many more days with temperatures like that and it won't be a problem for you going forward. Brandon (General Sale Manager) certainly wasn't trying to offend you or make you feel unwelcomed when he offered to bring your car back to you. He was genuinely trying to be of service and help make your experience better by saving you a trip back to the store. Likewise, when I emailed you in response to your issue, I was out of town for the holiday with my family and was reaching out to try and gain clarity on your situation. I sent a screen shot of the text thread to make sure I wasn't missing anything that was communicated to you in regards to picking up the vehicle, because I read the text as Brandon intended it, which was genuinely trying to help better your experience and I wanted to make sure there wasn't something that I was missing. I can promise that we want you (and every) customer to have a great experience at our store and we were sincerely trying to make that happen. I understand if you feel that we dropped the ball this time and you want to try a different facility. Hopefully we can have another shot at earning your business, but if not, my offer to refund your maintenance package still stands. Duce Lett (General Manager)
