Dylan and Arick are laid back but professional guys, and easy to work with. I’ve been wanting wanting a 23 Pilot and these guys made it happen. Had an 11;30 appointment for 60,000 mile service on CRV. Was told it would be 3 hours until the work could be completed as ‘walk in’s’ , without appointments, were ahead of me. Leased a 2022 Ridgeline and the floor air blows cold when it's set to heat. Went to drop the vehicle off before 5:00 on a Thursday and there was a sign on the door, they had closed early. The hours on their website show 7:00AM-6:00PM for service. On Friday morning at 7:34AM I received a text that my vehicle was ready. I was skeptical that they looked at it in less than 30 minutes, so I asked if it had already been serviced. The response was "Unfortunately there is no repair it is the design of the 2022 Ridgeline -- Your vehicle blower motor is up on the firewall and blow air as designed I asked for the name of a manager. At 9:42AM I received a call from Tim, the service manager who claimed to know me and said that he used to work at Honda of Olathe and he knew me from there and that I didn't like it when he told me the "truth" at that dealer either. I haven't leased a vehicle from Honda of Olathe, so to attack me on a claim that he knows me when he doesn't is very unprofessional. I tried calling Legends Honda and it kept going to a closed message, so I called Legends Toyota and they were very helpful in getting me to a Brandon who said he is the General Manager at Honda. I have leased several vehicles from Legends and currently have four leases. Since no one at Legends even looked into the issue with the truck, I decided to call the parent company, Baxter Automotive Group and the person I spoke to seemed genuinely concerned and asked if I had talked to the General Manager, who I thought I had already talked to. He emailed the General Manager who decided to send me a defensive email with a screenshot of the text between Brandon and myself and the tone of the text stated "What time were you planning on swinging by to get your vehicle? I can have someone pull it up from for you if you like?" He had also offered to have the vehicle driven to my home in the phone conversation. This may sound like a nice gesture on their part, but we were way beyond nice gestures, Never in all the years I've had vehicles from Legends and had them serviced have they offered to bring the vehicle to me after service. I read this as I was unwelcome to pick it up in the service department. So after many years of leasing from Legends and the turnover in staff, I would not recommend their sales nor their service department. I should have known not to go back to this dealer when we arrived to sign lease papers on a 2023 Ridgeline after several days of gathering information and deliberating on whether this was our best option, and then be told that there were no incentives on 2023's, they had made a mistake and incentives were only on 2022 models. They located a 2022 Ridgeline and we were able to lease that one but still had to be called back twice to re-sign because of "a change in their forms". Hopefully, Baxter Automotive takes these things seriously and gets back to a customer centric business model, but I won't be having my vehicle serviced at this particular dealership again and I am no longer a loyal customer. More
