Nice people and willing to address any issues, but the lack of attention to detail here is shocking. Deposit day - I reserved a vehicle, and asked for the VIN at time of deposit so I could let my insur lack of attention to detail here is shocking. Deposit day - I reserved a vehicle, and asked for the VIN at time of deposit so I could let my insurance company know. I was given the wrong VIN number, my name was put on the list for the wrong car (or 2 different cars? I'm not sure), and near delivery time I was notified that mine had come in but it was the wrong vehicle. Delivery day, attempt 1 - there were scratches all over the vehicle that had been missed during the pre-delivery inspection. We were given no trouble at all about getting those fixed, but it did mean 2 trips and yet another call to insurance. Actual delivery day - The paperwork was not entirely accurate. When I inquired about changes to reflect the deposit already paid and other errors like inaccurate dates, I was told there were software issues that made things hard to change. Also, my spouse was supposed to be on the title and we were then told to take care of that at the DMV. Not sure how much of this was user error or just not paying attention filling things out. Title - We were told the title would be ready in about 7-10 days and we would get a call. Three and a half weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. It still wasn't done but would be ready by the end of the day. Went to pick it up later in the week and were able to get it after quite a lot of searching. The people are helpful and friendly, but you need to stay on top of things since this dealership does not pay attention to detail or stay on top of important paperwork. More
Shawn, you have repeatedly failed to understand the concern I have for my very expensive 2023 Odyssey Elite+, and your service department has even more so repeatedly failed to competently address these concern I have for my very expensive 2023 Odyssey Elite+, and your service department has even more so repeatedly failed to competently address these issues. You repeatedly wrote "not observed at this time" each time I brought in my van. You document the same mileage number for in/out, even though you drove my van 50 miles, did not put gas in it, and still wrote "not observed at this time" on my service receipt. I can only guess you were running errands in my van. You called me at 10:18 on Saturday to tell me my van was ready. I tell you I will be there Monday morning. I show up at 9:10 am Monday morning to get my van and Kayden doesn't know where it is. He eventually states he's going across the street to get it. I STOOD THERE FOR 40 MINUTES WAITING FOR MY VAN! I had to listen to my speakers buzzing / vibrating for 14 months / 31,000 miles before you fixed it!! You want to tell me the extras I added to my Elite don't necessarily increase the value, yet you had no problem selling me an Elite for $64,000 instead of $35,000. The customer service at Legends Honda is absolutely horrible, and others I've shared my experiences with have told me they too have had bad experiences with Legends Honda service department! Honda wants to continue to put out high-priced Touring and Elite models with faulty technology, and then claim "technology isn't perfect" when there are problems. I have owned four new Hondas in the last 21 years, and will never buy another thanks to Legends Honda. More
