While we had a great buying experience, everything went wrong with the paperwork side. It took 4 weeks to get the title to license the car, which we weren't told that it had to come in the mail. So, I went wrong with the paperwork side. It took 4 weeks to get the title to license the car, which we weren't told that it had to come in the mail. So, I went to license car and didn't have all the paperwork ( after waiting in line for 45 min.). Got the tile in the mail and went to license it. Waited in line 30 minutes to find out that we needed an ID/OD inspection. Had to leave and get that and them waited in line another 30 minutes. This charade wouldn't have happened if the dealership would have informed us about what was needed. Very disappointed in their lack of communication. More

My wife and i went to the dealership to buy the vehicle at the quoted price. I was assured by Don Franklin that i would get the quoted price. After arriving at the dealership the actual price was nowhere n at the quoted price. I was assured by Don Franklin that i would get the quoted price. After arriving at the dealership the actual price was nowhere near the price i was quoted on the phone. No need to call me Gerald Bentely when the incentives change because after leaving dealership we went and purchased a new loaded nissan rogue for the price and trade-in we wanted in 1 hour. More
