After a TERRIBLE experience at Tiffany Springs Honda, we drove out to Legends Honda with the hopes of buying a new Accord. This is truly the first time in my life that I would classify a car buying experience as VERY pleasant. Called and talked to Wally Haware,salesman about a used 2012 GMC pickup truck that they had on the internet.We live about 60 miles away from dealership,went the next evening to look at truck,and Wally desc 2012 GMC pickup truck that they had on the internet.We live about 60 miles away from dealership,went the next evening to look at truck,and Wally described the truck as PERFECT in everyway.with 18000 miles on it.When we arrived at the dealership it was about dark,I breifly looked the truck over,inside and out and it looked real good. Test drove it,Wally riding along,and I ask him how they aquired the truck.He (Wally) told me that a yong man had it that could not afford it,and he traded in for a cheaper auto.This was a lie,the truck was a fleet truck out of Nebraska, which was still ok withe me, but Wally wasnt honest. I also made the mistake of purchasing the LUX care treatment for vehicles,which is suppose to be a treatment for the exterior and interior of the vehicle.The truck had some mineor door damage that they didnt tell me about until after I washed it,I called them to make an appointment to repair the truck at their cost,and they did so.the same time they put the protective treatment on which is something you should not do until the paint has a chance to dry.The treatment cost me about 700.00 at the time I purchased it, and it looked like they may have put some scotch gaurd on the seats,and maybe gave it a wax job.I picked the truck up 2 days later and it looked terrible.They done a half xxx job,when I got it home had to finish and redo what they had done. BOTTOM LINE: Do not trust this dealer! More
We explained to the Gen. Sales Manager - Shane that we needed a good mileage yet roomy car and that we had to stay very close to the monthly payment that we already had. He said he would personally help us or if he couldn't his top salesman, Mike Lesher would be the one helping us. We arrived earlier than we told them we would be there, like about 4 hours, they were expecting us and took all our information, got us approved and then showed us the options that we had to be able to stay with in our budget. It is a Toyota Matrix, very roomy, rated 34 mpg, it is 4 years newer than our trade in and bout 1/3 the miles. We were treated like royalty. Mike bought us drinks, water and coke, and then gave us lunch from what was just delivered for the crew working on Saturday. They detailed the car, found a license plate front holder that was not on it, changed over the plates while we were finishing up the paper work. We feel that we were treated fairly, quickly and with a lot of professionalism. We are returning customers because just a little over a year ago we bought the Honda Pilot that we just traded in. We would not have returned this time if we had not been treated so well the first time. Very impressive!! More
I had to have warranty work done to my Honda CRV. I talked to Scott on the phone at 4:00 PM, pulled into Legends Honda at 4:20 PM. Scott was there to greet me, and had a service man come look at my vehicle immediately. Within 15 minutes I knew the fate of my vehicle. The part was ordered and installed within 2 days. Once again it was an in and out service! I wish seeing a DR was this easy! Wonderful Facility and if Scott is an example of all Honda Employees..I am a FOREVER FAN! AWESOME SERVICE! Thank you Honda and SCOTT!!!! They come HIGHLY recommended! PS...May I recommend the Coffee/Latte/Hot Chocolate Machine? More

I began looking at cars in June. On my first visit to Legends HOnda Mike Leisher introduced himself as a salesman. I explained that I was beginning to look for a new car but not ready to buy. Mike inquired what I was looking for and began to show me stock. He never pressured me to purchase at that time. During the summer I stopped up several times and Mike took time to talk and show me cars. A couple weeks ago my wife and I decided to purchase a car. We had decided on the CR-V. Mike showed us a car that met my specifications. We felt like we received a fair deal during the negotiations. They prepared the car while we waited. The only concern we had was we felt a little pressured to purchase the extended warranty. The tech specialist spent time training us on the technology in the car. We found we did not retain much knowledge from that meeting. I stopped up several times to be tutored and the sales manager patiently spent time teaching me. I have had a good experience with Legends Honda up to this point and anticipate I will receive quality service in the future. One of their stated goals to me was not to have me as just a customer now, but to have me as a customer in the future. More

While we had a great buying experience, everything went wrong with the paperwork side. It took 4 weeks to get the title to license the car, which we weren't told that it had to come in the mail. So, I went to license car and didn't have all the paperwork ( after waiting in line for 45 min.). Got the tile in the mail and went to license it. Waited in line 30 minutes to find out that we needed an ID/OD inspection. Had to leave and get that and them waited in line another 30 minutes. This charade wouldn't have happened if the dealership would have informed us about what was needed. Very disappointed in their lack of communication. More
