What a Blessing If you walk into this establishment, you are going to get the star treatment. I went in thinking that I would be lucky to get something used and ended up with a brand new car with awesome financing options. Don Franklin was AMAZING. I highly recommend him. He walked me through the whole process. Every piece of information was thoroughly explained. I was comfortable and felt like I was truly getting the best deal possible. It was like a father trying to find the best options for a child sort of experience. It was 100% positive. If you go to Legends Honda, you will not be disappointed. Numbers will be crunched. Options will be presented. You will get the information that you need to make your driving dreams a reality. More

Forget about loyalty Legends was originally located in Independence, MO. Over many years have bought quite a few Honda's from them (while it was in Independence), as we a Legends was originally located in Independence, MO. Over many years have bought quite a few Honda's from them (while it was in Independence), as we are a Honda Family (currently have 3). They were always easy to work with, treated you with respect and did not play the games. We needed to upgrade one of our Honda's so we decided to give them a try at Legends and thought we would probably receive the best deal with a dealer we have used for many years. Boy was I wrong, they have completely changed since moving over to Kansas. I told them I bought many vehicles from them in Independence (they could see it in their computers) would wanted the best deal they could give me, I don't haggle prices. I was insulted at their first attempt, and it was not until I was walking out that they was trying to really get serious (several people got involved then ?????? why did this high pressure sales need to be done). We walked away and found another dealership that did exactly what we asked and was more like what Legends was like when they were in Independence. Legends has become a typical high pressure dealership. I would look elsewhere, you will be surprised. More

Toyota avalon I bought a Toyota Avalon from Baxter . I was so impressed with the car that I have booked it immediately and everything was good. My rep Mathews he ha I bought a Toyota Avalon from Baxter . I was so impressed with the car that I have booked it immediately and everything was good. My rep Mathews he has become friend of mine from then . He was so nice and courteous to help me to get a good car. Burns point to mention that Baxter as a dealer made me little dissappointed as my cars sunroof console was cracked and without noticing it got the car delivery and when realized and informed Baxter they were not responding to it and said its plastic and we cannot be responsible for it once the car is delivered . This is the only point I am dissappointed I hve to spend 200 $ to replace it.other than that everything is fine and Mathews should recieve a credit for helping me. More

Found online. Very prompt to respond! Found vehicle on Sunday night, received automated reply. Monday morning, received follow-up email and phone call. They were willing to drive the car to me (I'm from out of state), but when I chose to drive to the dealership, they made the trip worth it! Immediately pointed us to the restrooms upon arrival. The entire process was about 1 hour. Quick turn around, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely consider buying from Legends again! More

Any time available I have been to couple of dealers before buying my car, and most of them did not respond promptly. I used to be at work most of the time and wasn't able to pick my calls, Legends honda was so sure about their quote that they have every communication in written challenging the other dealers in KS and Dave Wile is so friendly and professional at the same time, I got a corporate discount on my CRV car and the other dealers in KS, MO din't offer me better price. like Legends. Dave Wile helped me out to make a decision about every minute thing regarding the car. Legends are definitely LEGENDS of Kansas City I strongly recommend this dealer to my friends and family More

Every time I went there for oil change, they kept on telling me, 'this or that was dirty, Has anyone had a bad experience with the service department? Every time I went there for oil change, they kept on telling me, 'this or that was dirty, old, needs replacement' etc. etc., and I ended up spending 3 or even 4 times more than I was expecting to spent.
