My Salesperson We were looking for a car for our 16 year old grandson. Mark Bishop approached us and showed us several. After looking around, we left. We went back later and Mark told us about the leasing deals that were going on. Mark is very knowledgeable and not pushy and that's what I LIKE. We leased a Honda Accord from Mark that night. The finance man ( sorry I don't remember his name) and Mark took very good car of us. I took my grandson back several days later and Mark explained all the features on his new car to him. Thank you MARK! He loves his car. More

Phenomenal Service I am a single lady with absolutely no clue with regard to purchasing a vehicle. I was placed with a specialist by the name of Don Franklin Sr. And, I am a single lady with absolutely no clue with regard to purchasing a vehicle. I was placed with a specialist by the name of Don Franklin Sr. And, he was special. I just started a new career as a social worker in dire need of a good vehicle. My credit was not that great. Don, along with the finance manager took care of me and did everything in their power to find me a car that I could afford. Honestly, I really did not have much hope due to my credit. I walked out with a brand new Honda Civic LX. I was there for six hours or more. Don was with me all the way. I believe that people are meant to be in your lives for some reason or another. Even though this was a car, I was placed in the right dealership, with the right specialist and finance manager. I will recommend Legends and especially Don to anyone and everyone. There is a reason why they are number one rated in the KC area. There was absolutely no "gotchas." Except honesty, integrity, and sincere help. Honestly, they saved my job. Forget about loyalty Legends was originally located in Independence, MO. Over many years have bought quite a few Honda's from them (while it was in Independence), as we a Legends was originally located in Independence, MO. Over many years have bought quite a few Honda's from them (while it was in Independence), as we are a Honda Family (currently have 3). They were always easy to work with, treated you with respect and did not play the games. We needed to upgrade one of our Honda's so we decided to give them a try at Legends and thought we would probably receive the best deal with a dealer we have used for many years. Boy was I wrong, they have completely changed since moving over to Kansas. I told them I bought many vehicles from them in Independence (they could see it in their computers) would wanted the best deal they could give me, I don't haggle prices. I was insulted at their first attempt, and it was not until I was walking out that they was trying to really get serious (several people got involved then ?????? why did this high pressure sales need to be done). We walked away and found another dealership that did exactly what we asked and was more like what Legends was like when they were in Independence. Legends has become a typical high pressure dealership. I would look elsewhere, you will be surprised. More

Toyota avalon I bought a Toyota Avalon from Baxter . I was so impressed with the car that I have booked it immediately and everything was good. My rep Mathews he ha I bought a Toyota Avalon from Baxter . I was so impressed with the car that I have booked it immediately and everything was good. My rep Mathews he has become friend of mine from then . He was so nice and courteous to help me to get a good car. Burns point to mention that Baxter as a dealer made me little dissappointed as my cars sunroof console was cracked and without noticing it got the car delivery and when realized and informed Baxter they were not responding to it and said its plastic and we cannot be responsible for it once the car is delivered . This is the only point I am dissappointed I hve to spend 200 $ to replace it.other than that everything is fine and Mathews should recieve a credit for helping me. More
