Upon that Allison refused to return my deposit. and when I made her aware that it was illegal to do that, she said she will talk to her manager and get back with me. it has been 2 days now, I have tried to text her but no response. Bought a Civic in November 2018 with an extended warranty. Decided to sell the car recently and reached out to Legends about cancelling the extended warranty. Two times they've been called, twice they've said they'll email the appropriate forms and twice they have failed to do so. Avoid purchasing here. They ignore you after they have your money. I guess you need to call every single day, multiple times per day, and bug them constantly. Edit: Legends has reached out and is solving the issue. While it is frustrating that it came to this situation, I do appreciate that a solution is in progress and I wasn't left hanging. Thanks. Edit 2: Turns out the finance manager in 2018 lied. Misrepresented the extended warranty and had us sign one that ran concurrently with the bumper to bumper meaning it was always going to be unused. I told him from the get go it was about length of the extension not miles, I don't put many miles on my cars. Flat out lies and shady dealings here. Don't recommend them at all. More
