HORRIBLE I have purchased two cars from Legends Honda Kansas City the first one was great I had no problems so I decided to give them my business again But thi I have purchased two cars from Legends Honda Kansas City the first one was great I had no problems so I decided to give them my business again But this time it was horrible the dealer lied on the information provided to the bank so they would give a larger loan amount saying that my car was a platinum and my car is actually a standard. The bank then had to work with me I had to spend my time and gas going to have them look at my car to make sure it was actually a standard and that the dealer actually provided misinformation. The dealership over charged me by 3,000 making my car payment almost 150.00 more than what it should have been paying I have been paying that for over a year and a half. He salesman also made me pay a 1,000 down payment on top of my trade in because he was giving me such a great deal is what he kept saying. This process has taken months and still is not done countless phone calls and emails The bank then made the dealership pay them 3000.00 to go towards my car loan because the gave false information. On top of all this a salesman had the audacity to call me to try to get me to buy another car saying they could get me in a 2019 for what I am paying now well I'm sure they could seeing that I'm paying for something i don't even have now They called just so they wouldn't have to pay the 3,000 dollars for the false documents they provided to bank. This was the worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle i will never spend my hard earned money again with this horrible place. More

Purchased a 4runner from them Went in on Saturday October 13th to look at a couple used Toyota 4runners. Met with Amber Valencia and she showed us what we wanted to look at and let Went in on Saturday October 13th to look at a couple used Toyota 4runners. Met with Amber Valencia and she showed us what we wanted to look at and let us do the test drives. In less than an hour and a half we drove away in our new to us 2017 4runner. Very happy with the service we received from Amber and everyone else involved in the transaction. We also traded a vehicle in and feel that they were very fair on our trade in price. Purchase of 2015 Honda Accord I was impressed with the customer service, the knowledge of the sales representative, and the professionalism of all of the staff I dealt with. We ha I was impressed with the customer service, the knowledge of the sales representative, and the professionalism of all of the staff I dealt with. We had been looking at cars for only a few minutes when a sales representative (I think they call them product specialists) who was helping another customer asked if we were looking for a specific make and model of car. When we told her we were interested in a used Honda Accord, she directed us to the location on the lot and told us she would find someone to help us. In a few minutes a sales rep/product specialist met us, took information from us and asked us to follow him inside so he could search their inventory to find what we were looking for. There was no pressure to purchase. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't certain about the answer, he looked it up. I felt like I was being given all of the information I needed to make a decision, but not pressed to buy. When I decided to buy, the sales manager found the best interest rate for me. He explained that since the factory warranty on the car had expired, I could purchase a warranty that provided essentially the same coverage the factory warranty provided. The price was reasonable, I was, again, offered this product and told the advantages of having it but not urged to purchase it. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had - and I've bought several cars in my lifetime. More
