The employees are pleasant. I did not have a problem at all with the employees. The problem lies with how the business is run. My vehicle is a 2023 GMC sierra. I haven’t had it I did not have a problem at all with the employees. The problem lies with how the business is run. My vehicle is a 2023 GMC sierra. I haven’t had it a year yet. I came home from vacation after 10 days and my vehicle was completely dead. No lights. Nothing had to unlock the door with the key. It was picked up out of my driveway and I myself called to confirm that it was at the dealership someone then called me back and said they were hoping to get it done the same day, one half hour before their day was to end I called the dealership because no one had reached out to me to see if my vehicle was going to be ready that day I was told no the next day no one called me with an update or to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle Just thought it was ready to be picked up. Don’t know what their protocol is but that’s not good customer service like I said the employees are pleasant but they need to be directed differently. That is my opinion on Legacy GMC service department. More

I took my car in for a simple oil change on Thurday. Friday it began leaking. Came back to the dearship on Monday and I was told that I would have to leave my car for 2 days so that they could figure ou Friday it began leaking. Came back to the dearship on Monday and I was told that I would have to leave my car for 2 days so that they could figure out where the leak was coming from. I had no leaks prior to the oil change. I was told that I would have to pay $150 for them to check out my car. I was very upset. Pissed. Why should I have to pay for something they messed up on. More
