When discussing the repairs with the service manager, he then notified me that there would be no additional warranty given with the new transmission that was installed. I have been driving GM vehicles for as long as I can remember and my next purchase will not be. Great looking trucks the the quality is not there for the long haul. More

Terrible service department. Rude and uncaring set of people that come to work everyday to see how much they can destroy the company they work for by getting into altercations wi Rude and uncaring set of people that come to work everyday to see how much they can destroy the company they work for by getting into altercations with customers and destroying your car with improper procedures and set bolts up under tires to cause even more carnage seen scratches in other places that were not bad but also were not there before lucky they hire the same caliper of experts for sales and the sales guy i traded the truck to a day later says it's fine too, but probably never let go of steering wheel to see the truck would drift off the road otherwise. Glad to be done with this set of unprofessional people but I know all beast are from the same parents so future fingers crossed and will be meeting with future gm and service personnel that I will size up in future and be more aware.
