Custome Service was exceptional. The sales staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Salesman's knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. The Sales Manager was straight forward and understood what courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Salesman's knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. The Sales Manager was straight forward and understood what I was looking for and met my requirements. My overall experience was really great. I dreaded buying a new vehicle. Typically, salesmen apply pressure to make a decision and play games, but not at this dealership. I was relieved that I was able to buy a new vehicle without pressure or any ridiculous games. I must say that I highly recommend this dealership. After researching the vehicle on the internet, I was pleased with the purchase price. The Finance Manager was very helpful and explained all options. No pressure from him whatsoever. I enjoyed working with him. I dealt with Jeff Elliott - salesman, Jody Neil - Sales Manager, and Alonso Gomez - Finanace Manager. (Professionals in their field) Thanks for a very pleasant experience! More

Bought a 06 Suburban less than 80 days ago. In that time I discovered that the right tail light had been superglued in place. The cover on one of the seat belt locks had been superguled in place, and a lig I discovered that the right tail light had been superglued in place. The cover on one of the seat belt locks had been superguled in place, and a light on the rear passenger door had been superglued in, as well as one of the cup-holders in the back. Within 30 days of owning the car, the rear liftgate refused to unlock, then the ac condenser fan came on, and stayed on 24/7. Now the ABS system has a short, the brake system has a short, the DVD system is shot, and they want over $3500 to fix the problems. Good enough answer on why my evaluation was poor? More
