Did not say those items were off the list which they gave me. All this should have been on the window of the truck probably would have went somewhere else.No one there seems to want to deal with this problem.Take your business elsewhere. The people at Legacy Ford are dishonest and shady. I received what I thought was an offer from Capital One with their name on it. Once they got my husband and I in the doors they had us pick out vehic I received what I thought was an offer from Capital One with their name on it. We called ahead & drove 1. 5 hours for a test drive , then had to wait 1 hour for the vehicle to be prepped (detailed) for the test drive , someone broke the drivers side mirror 5 hours for a test drive , then had to wait 1 hour for the vehicle to be prepped (detailed) for the test drive , someone broke the drivers side mirror during the wash & detail (had to test drive with broken mirror) after the test drive I paid extra to have it ''Detailed'' , after driving it home we noticed that there were areas that clearly had not been touched , or cleaned at all ! They ''did not want to add my husbands name'' to our title (without him being present) this vehicle was a ''Christmas Gift'' and I didn't want him to know about it I paid cash so there would be no bank involvement. (one would think , It's my title & I can put who ever I want on it ? Right ?) a few days after Christmas we called Dawn Chappelle (who handles the titles & she told us to come down to Rosenberg & they would ''correct & amend'' and add my husband to the Title , then she told us they would send it to (our home state) of Wisconsin , in addition , we had to include the form (witch we had) for his ''Handy cap license plates'' so , after another 1.5 hour drive to Rosenberg we asked for the paperwork & they could not find it ! it seems they took it upon themselves to mail the title to Wisconsin without the corrections , or , the proper handicap form either ! after getting back to Wisconsin we called the DMV they emailed us the (dealer only link) we forwarded it to them so that they could file the proper DMV correction papers with the state of Wisconsin. I called Dawn Chappelle ''who handles all the titling'' at Rosenberg Ford and asked her to simply fill in the name & email it back to the Wisconsin DMV this was well before lunch (11 AM) and would only take a few minutes to correct the mistakes they made (witch they agreed to) I called at 4 PM to follow up on the progress and found she had left for the day at NOON ! *without so much as a (I'm handing this off to another responsible employee) who can finish the simple task of adding your name to the title I also asked that she call me -or- email me with an update on the status of the correction on the title , ''That Never Happened Either'' In addition my husband called as well to speak to Patrick Sexton (the general manager) about this ''POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE'' & Lax employee attitude about performing simple customer service duty's ! But he had left for the day as well ! *One might think if you had just ''Spent 30 Grand'' on a vehicle things might go ''somewhat smoothly'' !! I am very sure this is not the only issue(s) they have , either (based on other complaints) I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANY ONE , FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER ! *In closing , you folks have left a lasting impression on us , that has earned you that jacket you folks deserve. More
It’s imposible to have a bad experience here. They go above and beyond and we now have two vehicles we’ve purchased from here in the past few months. They are 100% dedicated to the customer. Took my 2013 Fusion in for service because of an electrical problem. It took them a week and a half for me to get the car back. I was told that the issue was fixed. Paid about 350 dollars for nothin electrical problem. It took them a week and a half for me to get the car back. I was told that the issue was fixed. Paid about 350 dollars for nothing since on the drive home the dash flickered on and off again. They gave me the run around for several days without updates and they didn't call me after being told they would update me. My guess is that they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem so they just told me that they fixed it knowing they didn't do anything to fix the issue. DO NOT take your vehicle to Legacy Ford in Rosenberg Texas. Very disappointed!!! More
We purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape. We have had several issues with it and most have been taken care of under warranty. The engine block cracked and I had it towed into the service department. It sat for o issues with it and most have been taken care of under warranty. The engine block cracked and I had it towed into the service department. It sat for over a week before they looked at it. During this whole time they never called me. I called many time but never a call back. Finally got with the service guy and he said they have to order a new engine block but it should only take a day or two to replace that was over a week and a half ago. They have never called me back, I always have to call them they never call back with an update. The only concession they have offered was they would pay for one day of car rental. Their excuse it they are too busy !!! We are still waiting for the car to be fixed and all they can say is they are working on it. Service is very very low her. We will not buy another car from these people and try to avoid anymore service here. More
