Didnt know my 2012 Kia Optima had 2 map sensors The service department didnt know that my car had 2 map sensors. My engine was replace by recall but when I got it the map sensors was bad. Unhappy with the service My husband took our Optima in to have an oil change and use our royal treatment card from the purchase of our vehicle. He was told we were way over on My husband took our Optima in to have an oil change and use our royal treatment card from the purchase of our vehicle. He was told we were way over on mileage and that we needed the oil additive this time. They told me at our last oil change that we would not need the additive the second oil change it was every other change. The additive was added the first oil change and extended the oil life to 10,000 miles. The service technician tried to add 10,000 miles on to our mileage on the report. They didn't vacuum my car or even offer to vacuum it and the wash job left my car looking terrible. Definitely not the royal treatment we were promised at purchase! More

Could have been 5 stars.... I have no complaints about the service department. They were wonderful. I know that they did not vacuum the back hatch area. Honestly my 16 year does a better job at cleaning my car out than they did. More

I would go back to Kia when my credit score is higher or I have saved a larger down payment. Wish I had a better paying job to get the older model car I need. More

They didn’t let you walk around the lot, they show you the Vehicles they want to sell you, I haven’t bought a newer car in a long time, the next time I going to walk the lot and see if it’s something I might like other than the vehicles they push on you, and they look at your income and tell what you can afford like you don’t have other bills, now after having the car for a week it’s a nice car, but now I am stuck into a paying for a car that I probably would not have exactly choose. So be careful and no matter how excited you are about the possibility of owning/ or having a more modern vehicle, pick your own car! WALK THE LOT! YOU Choose what you want, don’t let them force their choices on you, the dealership will act like they given you a discount but they not! More
