Everything was great. Vinnie and Jenny were awesome and super nice. My only downside was the high energy. I do appreciate high energy, But Vinnie was a little too high energy :). Had my wife's Sportage in for sunroof warranty repair after the part that was needed came in. At the end of the day it wasn't finished so they gave me a loaner car to use for the night.
