Very patient Ricky was very helpful and patient, and seemed genuine. I would say he was the best part of the almost 7 hours we spent picking out our vehicles. They Ricky was very helpful and patient, and seemed genuine. I would say he was the best part of the almost 7 hours we spent picking out our vehicles. They worked well with taking our trade in. The finance dept was my only concern, as we came in with a pre approval offer but they kept showing us offers from other lenders instead. They also seemed more hesitant to find us a vehicle to suit our needs from a different lot if needed. More
