The people at this dealership was very courteous and helpful. The only drawbacks to this dealership is the facilities. It seemed a little dated and could use some general maintenance. Awesome Service! I just recently purchased a Kia, so I brought it here for a full inspection. My first service experience at Kia of Lawton was awesome. Amanda was very I just recently purchased a Kia, so I brought it here for a full inspection. My first service experience at Kia of Lawton was awesome. Amanda was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. She thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave me quite a few options. Bob the tech was also very nice. They provided me a ride home during the service of my vehicle and delivered the car to me when they were done. The next repair they did on my car, they needed to keep it longer so they gave me a loaner car. The damage they caught on my car and repair they made, they ended up giving me the broken part and offered for me to call if the company I purchased the vehicle from gave me any issues or wanted more information. I look forward to my next service appointment with this wonderful staff. More

Poor design of spare tire location My 2019 Kia Optima's spare tire location is designed with the access to the tire valve stem positioned down against the floor of the trunk. This is do My 2019 Kia Optima's spare tire location is designed with the access to the tire valve stem positioned down against the floor of the trunk. This is done to allow the car's jack to be placed in a Styrofoam holder that is then placed in the spare tire. When I took my car in for its first service the status report indicated the spare tire was "not accessible". Yes, my wife left her sweater in the trunk but that hardly makes the spare "not accessible". I suspect the technician was simply in a hurry and skipped the necessary removal of the spare tire to gain access to the valve stem to check the tire pressure. After I read the report I checked the spare's tire pressure and it was at 45psi. The recommended pressure is 60psi for that spare. I then drove the care to the gas station and filled the spare to the recommended pressure. This is a Kia design flaw that encourages both the driver and the technician to skip a necessary check if you don't want to wind up with a flat spare tire when you need one. More
