Don’t make the mistake of going to another dealership Do yourself a favor and go to Lawton Kia first they are absolutely awesome I had credit in the low 600s and Jarvis Jackson got me into a brand new tellu yourself a favor and go to Lawton Kia first they are absolutely awesome I had credit in the low 600s and Jarvis Jackson got me into a brand new telluride for the monthly payments I wanted And he did all this with me and my five kids running around at the same time make sure you see Jarvis when you go you won’t be disappointed thank you Lawton Kia PS the finance lady is even fun to deal with you guys are awesome More

New tires Barbara Lavendusky was very professional and courteous. In addition to 4 new tires, I had a claim against my wheel and tire subcontract with AIS (hit Barbara Lavendusky was very professional and courteous. In addition to 4 new tires, I had a claim against my wheel and tire subcontract with AIS (hit a pothole or rock which bent the rear passenger wheel and ruined the tire). AIS initially denied my claim. Barbara went the extra mile to argue my claim with AIS. They ultimately reimbursed me for the wheel and tire. Amanda and Frank were also very supportive and helped me cope with AIS. Tony in Parts also provided me technical support which aided me in dealing with AIS. Very easy to schedule and easy to process. Only issue was payment for service. In a tax exempt vehicle with a tax exempt card but bc i didn’t reserve the appointment in my moms name they wouldn’t honor that payment for service.
