My husband was happy with the service, unfortunately someone parked our car to wash it and forgot about it, only to be reminded by my husband who asked about it 30 minutes later. While it's not a big deal and things happen, when you are waiting with a small child it's not an ideal situation. I remember every time I went to a different service, workers wrote a note on our documents that I'm here with baby/child which was an indication for them to kind of hurry (that's how they explained it to me) I had fabulous memories with them for taking care of us the best way possible and respecting out time more than anything.  More

Lawton Kia was FANTASTIC!!! I had a very bad experience at Bob Utter Kia (do not waste your time with them...they tried to add $400 for window tint) in Sherman, TX and called Lawton Kia and they had everyt at Bob Utter Kia (do not waste your time with them...they tried to add $400 for window tint) in Sherman, TX and called Lawton Kia and they had everything ready to go when I got there.
