I have loved kia since an accident in an optima that should have left me severely injured and I walked away unharmed. Awful time management of personnel. Was told to come at a certain time and instead he didn’t show up. Had to drive to Texas Kia dealership where I could actually be helped. This was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. They do not care about their customers only the sale. They sold me a car under a false pretense they promised it would be ready at a certain time a They do not care about their customers only the sale. They sold me a car under a false pretense they promised it would be ready at a certain time a week later it still wasn’t ready and they ended up selling me a car with no antenna and told me I had to pay for it when I requested it. Shady shady shady!!!! More
