Service staff contact person (Miss Amanda) met me at door on day of service, she described service to be done, and asked me if anything else needed to be addressed or if I had any concerns about the service to be performed. I was led to waiting room, asked if I would like any beverages or watch television while I waited. Service was completed in an timely manner (short wait time). Miss Amanda described what the service technician had done and how the finalization of paper work and payment was to be processed. It was a pleasant experience!! More

Did what I needed I still trust them very much but I can tell that in the past couple of years that they have up-sold services. I understand the need but I really want I still trust them very much but I can tell that in the past couple of years that they have up-sold services. I understand the need but I really want to make sure it is a service that I need and not just something that they want to make money off of. It wasn't like this a couple of years ago so it is hard to tell if it is a dire need or just salesmanship. I still will go to Kia but I stopped using the Toyota place in Altus because of this issue since I ended up with services I didn't really need and they got to the point of purposely not doing things they were supposed to so you would have to come back like putting in the oil etc. I hope you guys can stay honest and not try and sell services that aren't needed since we are already paying a premium price going to a dealership over an hour away instead of the local mechanic. More
