Fast,friendly, honest I took my Kia Optima in for a recall it had on its fuel system. They had the recall fixed very quick and the mechanic noticed that my airbag light was I took my Kia Optima in for a recall it had on its fuel system. They had the recall fixed very quick and the mechanic noticed that my airbag light was on and found that it was just a loose connector. I didn't mention the light or ask anyone to fix it, he just fixed it free of charge. Definitely made me feel more comfortable taking my car here in the future. More
They were able to fix the latch on my trunk with no problem. They also gave me a loaner car for a few days while they fixed my rims which was convenient. Sales department is great. Mechanics do a great job. Some of the service representatives are not very pleasant to work with in the way they pressure you with purchasing some kind of service recommendation. W of the service representatives are not very pleasant to work with in the way they pressure you with purchasing some kind of service recommendation. We just took our new vehicle in for its first oil change and the service associate came out with a recommendation to add an oil treatment. It’s a new car and if it’s that important it should be in the car when you purchase it. The reason this is a big deal is that we have two other Kias that were purchased from this dealership. Ever time we go in for an oil change the service tech tries to push something off on us. One time it was a battery that my daughter was told needed to be change for battery life and she was made to worry that it would stop immediately. I had the cranking amps checked at a mechanic shop and it was 2 amps below max. We are still using that battery. Barbara also pressed my daughter that same day about rotating the tires but we had just had them rotated a few weeks prior at a mechanic shop. It honestly feels like if you go in for a oil change that your are pressure scared to purchase something. New cars should not need all the recommendations at each oil change if it’s a good product. I voiced this concern to my sales person upon buy the new vehicle recently. If Kia is a good car manufacture one would hope that there would not always be a recommendation. Unfortunately we have never, and I mean never brought one of our three Kias into the service department that we went recommended to purchase something. We have a 2016 Soul a 2018 Forte and the 2020 Sorento and they all have had recommendations during an oil change. More
