Buyer beware of purchasing process. Purchased a new vehicle outright no financing on Sat 5 Sep was told when asked KIA had no sales incentives. On Tues following day after labor day all KIA K5 were adv vehicle outright no financing on Sat 5 Sep was told when asked KIA had no sales incentives. On Tues following day after labor day all KIA K5 were advertised $1000.00 of MSRP. In processing sales paperwork was not asked how title ownership be addressed. As a result; as an after thought, realized I had not added my wife's name as equal owner. Went back to dealership following work day was informed the sales contract had to be redone, and that I would have to bring my wife in to sign the paper work or pay DMV $30 to add her name to the title. Looking back over the course of five years and 8 vehicles later I never needed my wife to be present to have her name added to the sales contract by other dealerships. Wife is handicapped making it difficult to be present for sales transactions which at times can be a lengthly process. More
