Service department gets my 5 star rating. Amanda was great at not only explaining what was wrong with our car, but also insisted on running diagnostics to ensure there was nothing else wrong with it. She found out that our catalytic converter was shot and explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was very easy to understand. She was also extremely helpful with helping us with the financing options that were available.
