I called to make my appointment, I asked for service. The person that answered the phone, that I found out latter to be Heather, said that she could make the appointment, she asked for my name, granted The person that answered the phone, that I found out latter to be Heather, said that she could make the appointment, she asked for my name, granted I was a little bit of a smart xxx. She transferred me to some phone that ringed enough times that it hung up on me. I felt Heather was rude, and not customer related. I don't like her attitude. If she can't take the pressure, she needs to leave. Besides from that, everything was good. More
