Went in for a routine "recall" to have the fix applied, and mentioned a minor problem that I was having with tire pressure in one tire. Great job and great service, My KIA Soul is a 2015, with 64,000 miles on it, and zero problems through the years. Make oil and lube on the recommended schedule and that has been it. I called to inquire about using my warranty for my light. I was told yes bumper to bumper expires at 36,000 miles. I get there and mention using the warranty and turns out you cannot. The guy made me feel dumb like I was suppose to know this. Within the 10 years of having Kias this is my first time having a light issue.... or even an issue with my battery or car. He waived the labor fee but it wasn't the point. I was told something incorrect when I called and felt an attitude with the person who said he's never seen a light covered. I'm starting to think I need to find another Kia dealership even if it's a drive. I also I feel like I've been getting the run around for a car I'm having built and it was never even ordered. More
