Frank the service manager called and ran down a list what else could/would be included. I can't say I'm completely satisfied, but I do feel better. Raised my rating from a 1 to a 3.5, rounded to a 4. The only thing to make me completely satisfied would be to reimburse me the $237 I had to spend when I was stranded. I do appreciate the Service Manager calling me back though.
