The service was an oil change. I felt it was a bit long. An hour to change me oil. But with todays man power issues, I guess I was lucky. Had 4 new tires put in they wasn't balanced rite after 3 hrs of trying took it back they still couldn't get them balanced Barbara told me had 2 bent rims took to Mcnairs tire and alignment rims were not ben hrs of trying took it back they still couldn't get them balanced Barbara told me had 2 bent rims took to Mcnairs tire and alignment rims were not bent they balanced all 4 in 20 mins More

Service is fine. But car went in for oil and filter chAnge and to rotate tires without any scratches and comes out, with 2 about inch scratches from left front quarte But car went in for oil and filter chAnge and to rotate tires without any scratches and comes out, with 2 about inch scratches from left front quarter panel on into the drivers door. Dealership said, we couldn’t have done this. Well, it’s my car and I know what dings dents and scratches are on it and this was NOT on it till it came back to me from Lawton Kia’s shop. They washed and detailed it too. Sorry guys, you all are guilt!! More
