She was very patient and made sure that I had all the information I needed to order the exact car I desired. When I picked up the car it had a slight dust film on it from the new construction. Vesna not only oversaw getting it rehashed, but also informed Mike Alder, who told me to stop in when we returned from our Winter trip to Florida for a complimentary detailing; Upon returning home with my new car, I was unable to synchronize the garage door opener. I called Vesna and she came over at a time convenient to me and hooked it up easily. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, save for the paperwork. That process took 2/3 of the time I was at the dealership picking up the car! I had all the necessary documentation and there were no unexpected causes for these EXTERMELY TEDIOUS,REPETITIVE explanations and reiterations of offers I already declined. VERY AMATEURISH FOR A “LUXURY CAR DEALERSHIP”! More

Another Great Experience! I recently acquired my second new BMW from Laurel BMW of Westmont. Kristina Gurskas was my Client Advisor on both occasions. We were able to conclude the deal with the exchange of a few emails. I continue to appreciate Kristina's product knowledge and dedication to her customers. She even snapped some photos of my new SAV as it was unloaded from the factory; so I could view it still in its protective wrappings. The SAV was delivered as promised the following day. I was out of the dealer in less than a hour; a shout out to Jason Saxton in business management for his product enthusiasm and patience during the paper processing part of this transaction. I also worked with both Kristina and Jason during my first experience with Laurel a couple of years ago, they are great to work with . There are BMW dealers closer to my home but i make the 70 mile drive because I trust and like Laurel; they've assembled a great team. My service experience has also been terrific. James Randall has been my Service Advisor and is always responsive and personable. James even offered to find a BMW dealer along the route to my winter home so I could obtain my 1200 mile "run in" service. My salesman, Jeff, was a low pressure, very knowledgeable person, who was a real pleasure to work with. Not at all the car salesman stereotype. He helped me to select options, and has done a good job staying in touch after the purchase, without being a nuisance. If you're in the market for a BMW, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am from Indiana, within 3 miles of my home there is Schererville BMW dealership, but I went 45 miles further to this place. Another reason is, they have a huge inventory. Poor service and then management played the blame game. Recently took my Bmw in for service. This was a Saturday and on Monday at 3pm still no one from Laurel followed up with me and I had to call back again. Nothing better than to hear the service department tell you “could the car be under any other name?” Really poor service on all levels. The highlight was when I told the General Manager that I would tell anyone that would listen how horrible the service experience was. He told me I was able to do whatever I wanted but to be careful because he would come after me?!? I could not believe the audacity of this manager but after hearing him stoop to such a low level I now understand why the Laurel BMW team failed. Just a sad example of a person clearly not cut out to be a leader associated with a great Brand like BMW. I will never return which is good enough for me especially since there are so many other service focused BMW dealers. More
