Recently I had my car serviced for just an Oil Change and check-up. I've been going to Laurel BMW for about 18+ years and purchased 3-4 cars from them in the past. I noticed some new faces in the dealership check-up. I've been going to Laurel BMW for about 18+ years and purchased 3-4 cars from them in the past. I noticed some new faces in the dealership but their commitment to quality remains the same. Shannon Patt was my Service Mgr and I really appreciated her thoroughness and ability to answer all my questions about future needs. I really liked the video they prepare with the walkthrough of the engine and underbody and the explanation of wear and tear. Probably will need a rear brake job down the road, but would think of no other place than Laurel BMW to complete it. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone as they always are on top of their game. More

Dissappointing experience buying a car here. Arrived to find the interior still extremely dirty. * Returned **the next day to purchase** and discovered they were still inspecting and cleaning the car. It became very clear afterward that the preparation and inspection had been rushed to complete the sale. * Finance sent me home **without any of my purchase paperwork** in the folder. I’ve spent 2+ days calling just to get my own documents and only made progress after escalating to a sales manager. * Some staff have been helpful **after escalation**, but basic parts of buying a car should not require repeatedly involving management. For a purchase this significant, especially from a BMW dealership, I expected much better preparation, organization, and attention to detail. More

Dealer unreliable and untrustworthy. They refuse to follow guidelines and protocol within the manufacturer. They are bias and I wouldn't personally give these people a quarter.
